Shipping & Delivery
Many of our products ship out within 24 hours of your order.  Each product has the shipping time listed under the “Additional Information” tab. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, so you know when to expect delivery.  Expedited shipping options are available on most items.

Returns & Replacements
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: We want you to be pleased with your purchase.  Open and inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it. If something is broken or defective, contact us right away, and we will replace it. We promise to do everything we can to make it "hassle-free."  But please let us know immediately, as we cannot guarantee replacement or refund of an item after the 30 day period.

Returns:  If you wish to return an item, you must contact us for a return authorization number, return shipping address, and instructions. For items purchased over 60 days earlier, refunds will be given in the form of a YardLover.com gift certificate.  YOU MUST contact us for the return address. Not all items are returned to the same address. We cannot guarantee refunds if shipped to an incorrect destination.
